Welcome to the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio Online Council Sponsored Cookie Booth Website. The initial request phase is now closed and this site will open at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2009, and troops will be able to sign up for additional cookie booths in "real time" for a combined total of 10 cookie booths. Beginning on Saturday,February 7, 2009, all reservation restrictions will be removed and troops may reserve as many cookie booths as they wish. Troops will receive an email confirmation for each cookie booth reserved.
Don't forget to check back often during this "real time" phase for open cookie booths since troops may find it necessary to cancel one of their reservations. If you do have to cancel, please make sure you delete it from your troop assignment as soon as possible so that another troop has enough time to scheudle it.

Q. I am on the website and I cannot log in? A. Use the standard password on this screen, then you will be prompted to enter the user name and password that you created the first time you were in the system.
Q. I do not remember my user name and password or My user name and password is not working. A. Click on the link Forgot your Password... This will send the user name and password to the email address you entered in your contact information screen.
Q. I am looking for a cookie booth but I keep getting the No Results message, What am I doing wrong? A. The easiest way to find cookie booths in your area is to leave as many search fields blank as possible. Select just your region and leave all other fields blank. Then click the Find button. This will pull up all available cookie booths in your region.
Q. If all of the cookie booths I want are reserved, do I have any options left at this point? A. Yes! Troops will be adding and deleting unwanted cookie booths throughout the cookie sale, so we suggest checking back often, as new cookie booth opportunities may come available.
